DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! These people are either ignorant or they are thieves. My coolant line on my 2012 Mini Cooper S was damaged by Take 5 Oil change and brought to this location to be repaired. Trac Automotive took the money from Take 5, supposedly repaired my coolant line, but failed to put my air filter housing back in properly as well as left used tools in my engine bay. I picked my Mini up after they told me it was repaired and upon driving it my transmission and clutch blew out totaling my car, endangering my life, and causing me to lose my job because I no longer had a vehicle.

I would recommend this place they always get me in and I never call head of time always call and ask to come on and they fit me in every time! Every nice people happy place

Had a great experience with Mark - we went from test drive to completion within about 10 days (and it would have been faster if not for public holidays). As soon as the pertinent details were satisfied, I was driving my new car away. Mark was responsive, and clear on who needed to do what and when - super helpful!

Great place and friendly people. My old eclipse broke down while traveling home for the weekend. I called around, but they were the only ones able to get me back on the road that same day so I wouldn't be stuck in Peoria for the weekend. Even though I was desperate as hell to get my starter fixed, they gave me a very fair price, and worked with my schedule to get me back on the road no less than an hour later.
